World Trade Center Harrisburg is partnering with Pennsylvania’s Office of International Business Development (World Trade PA) and the US Export Assistance Center in Philadelphia to bring several international development agencies to Harrisburg on Thursday, October 15, 2015 from 8:30am – 4:00 pm at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex.

The full day program will include learning, networking, an exhibition, and optional one-on-one meetings with speakers, sponsors and exhibitors in the afternoon.

The morning session speakers include Overseas Private Investment Corporation, Millennium Challenge Corporation, and United States Trade & Development Agency.

During the luncheon program, Mr. Aaron Held, Advisor and Director of Business Liaison for the Office of the U.S. Executive Director, will present “Position Your Firm to Win at the Inter-American Development Bank”. Founded in 1959, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) is the oldest and largest of the regional multilateral development banks. The IDB represents 48 member countries and is the largest source of development finance for Latin America and the Caribbean.

The afternoon session will cover “Local Resources for Financing and Procurement Assistance”. Panel speakers include the US Small Business Administration and SEDA Council of Governments. The moderator for the session is Kutztown University Small Business Development Center.
